Gathering Group Administration & Reporting
Each Gathering Group is comprised of a Facilitator Team; a Records Clerk; an Outreach Coordinator; and a Group Tech Support member.
Facilitators are appointed by Pastor and serve under his leadership. The lead facilitator is responsible for the overall group administration. The facilitator teams may select team members from within their group as support.
The Records Clerk collects the groups attendance and submits after each meeting. They are tasked to submit the Monthly Stewardship Report each month.
The Outreach Coordinator calls members between meetings to ensure there are no technical difficulties and to maintain relationship and involvement. The Outreach Coordinator will submit any touchpoint
