Entering the Member Portal for the First Time
GAINING FIRST TIME ACCESS
- Step 1: Click this link to access the portal – https://servantkeeper.com/member-portal/tmbcdetroit
- Step 2: Scroll to the bottom and click – “Haven’t registered yet”
- Step 3: Enter your email address associated with Tabernacle. Note: the “Family Email Address” for the registration is defaulted to the Head of the Household. If you need to change the person updating the family record, please contact the Church Clerk.
If you have not submitted your email address yet, or if you do not get the confirmation email, contact the Church Clerk, Dea. Jerry Moses at deajmoses@tmbcdetroit.org
- Step 4: Go to your email and open the email with the subject “Member Portal Registration” from no-reply@servantpc.com
- Step 5: Click the link in your email and follow the steps to set a password and log in. Keep this password safe as it will be your access to the Member Portal.
MEMBER PORTAL ACCESS
- Step 1: Click this link to access the portal – https://servantkeeper.com/member-portal/tmbcdetroit
- Step 2: Enter your email and password, then click “Enter”
- Step 3: In the grey bar at the top you will have access to “Profiles,” “Involvement,” and “Links.” Click any of these to go directly to the area desired.
- Step 4: On the Portal Home Page, you will see the family address and all members within the family. If a family member needs to be added/attached to this family – contact Church Clerk, Dea. Jerry Moses at deajmoses@tmbcdetroit.org
- Step 5: You will be able to upload photos of the family and individuals, update contact information, and add your involvement.
