The Guarding Your Heart Gathering Group consists of Christians who share life experiences and the solutions that have helped them navigate life’s challenges. Through reading and discussing a selected book by a well-known Christian writer, such as Dr. Charles Stanley, for example, we learn strategies to strengthen our faith, and how to be on guard against sin, and how to overcome trials that are common to us all. We share Scriptures that teach us more about God’s will for our lives and how God is working things out for our good. We pray for one another’s concerns and rejoice over one another’s victories. We learn there is comfort in knowing that God is with us, and that as a group, our fellowship can be a source of strength in this troublesome world.
